Starting today at 17.39 UTC, the service responsible for the creation of PDFs and thumbnails has been experiencing degraded performance. As a result, you or your users may experience longer wait times or errors when trying to generate PDFs or thumbnails.
Other APIs and services are operational at this time.
Our team is investigating the root cause and preparing a fix.
